Hypnosis is a safe, natural state of being, and it’s also a state in which people sometimes get super focused on their experience. Do not listen to any hypnosis audios while doing any other activity that requires your attention. Only listen to these audios when you can give them your full, undivided attention.
Usually it’s best to be in a recliner, or lay on a couch or bed, so that you can really relax and enjoy the process. Some people prefer to listen over audio speakers, while other find that using headphones or earbuds brings the experience “into your mind” more. Try it both ways and see what feels best for you.
